Our target

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 AA where practical for the public website and core app workflows.

What should work

• Pages can be zoomed without losing content.
• Forms use visible labels where possible.
• Buttons and links use clear focus and hover states.
• Pages are designed to work on mobile and desktop screens.

Known areas to review before launch

Run a full accessibility audit before publishing, including keyboard-only testing, screen-reader testing, colour contrast checks, document print layouts and calendar interactions.
