Yes. Billing is handled through Stripe, so customers can manage payment details and cancellation securely.

Do I need Xero?

No. OpsFlow includes its own accounting workspace for invoices, expenses, bills, VAT snapshots and reports.

Does VAT show?

Admins can enable VAT and set the VAT rate so accounting reports show the right figures.
